Estimates & Scope

Quotes are based on measurements and assumptions discussed during consultation. Hidden conditions (e.g., electrical, structural) may require change orders with written approval.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to keep the space clean and free of hazards. Delays caused by site conditions may impact timelines.

Payments

A deposit may be required to schedule materials and labor. Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Materials & Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute equivalent materials if specified items are unavailable, with no material impact to performance or aesthetics.

Warranties

Workmanship is warranted for a reasonable period following completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment.

Safety & Use

You agree to use the simulator responsibly and follow all provided safety guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

North Carolina law governs these Terms.
